  • Acceptance of Terms
    Welcome to BowlStar, a mobile application dedicated to enhancing your cricket experience. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BowlStar website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
  • Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
  • Use of the Service
    The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for any illegal activity or to violate the rights of others.
  • User Accounts
    To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Intellectual Property
    The Service and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are the property of BowlStar or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service, except as follows:
    • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
    • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
    • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
    • If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end user license agreement for such applications.
    If you print, copy, modify, download, or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the Service in breach of the Terms of Use, your right to use the Service will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. No right, title, or interest in or to the Service or any content on the Service is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by BowlStar. Any use of the Service not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • User Content
    The Service may allow you to submit, post, and share content such as text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of all rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant BowlStar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid up, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the User Content you submit; and you license to BowlStar all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to such User Content for publication on the Service pursuant to these Terms of Use. You further agree that User Content you submit to the Service will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant BowlStar all of the license rights granted herein.
  • Prohibited Activities
    You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited uses of the Service:
    • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations.
    • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
    • Using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Service.
    • Violating any applicable laws or regulations related to the use of the Service.
    • Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service.
    • Using the Service to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of others.
    • Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
    • Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
    • Engaging in any conduct that BowlStar determines, in its sole discretion, to restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Service.
  • Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided "as is," with all faults, and BowlStar makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to the Service or the materials contained on the Service. Additionally, nothing contained on the Service shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you. BowlStar does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or access to the Service will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Service at your own discretion and risk.
  • Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall BowlStar, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service whether such liability is under contract. BowlStar, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Service.
  • Indemnification
    You hereby agree to indemnify to the fullest extent BowlStar from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
  • Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
  • Variation of Terms
    BowlStar is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using the Service you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
  • Assignment
    The BowlStar is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
  • Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between BowlStar and you in relation to your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
